Building History
This is one important piece of information that the programme surely needs to know. Four choices are sorted according to the level of risk. Choice 1 will give the highest risk and Choice 4 will give lowest. Please consult more than one source before confirming one of the following choices. In absence of any advice choose Choice 1 to get more conservative results.

| Choice 2: | No structure design process but construction by a qualified contractor capable of decent quality construction. |
| Choice 3: | Structure design by a qualified engineer but not sure about quality of construction. |
